We purchased this plot through a local land agent in 2017. Initially, it was a 1-acre mushroom farm with a domestic property situated at the front. Despite being greenfield land, which deterred other developers, extensive research and valuable advice from Goater and Jones LLP encouraged us to proceed with the purchase.

We engaged in negotiations with the local authority and divided the development into two phases. This strategic approach facilitated the granting of permission for the 1st phase in 2018 and the 2nd phase in 2019. The front four units of phase 1 were completed in late summer 2019 and sold immediately. The remaining three detached houses, located at the back, are scheduled for completion in Spring 2020.
