we were approached by a new client who missed out on the Chipstead development. The client required a turnkey solution for design and development on a piece of land they purchased spanning 0.5 of an acre. Collaborating closely with Goater & Jones LLP, we navigated through complex permissions from the local authority, as required in the architectural design by the client.
