We acquired this site via a search agent as an in-house development project. Leveraging computer-aided software, we visualized the site's full potential before negotiating the purchase. The property spanned 0.7 of an acre with a single dwelling, surrounded by overgrown grounds that were initially challenging to navigate. Upon clearing, we uncovered a gem nestled in the prime position of Walpole Avenue.
Construction took 18 months to complete, encompassing associated ground works and planting. We were thrilled to sell this project on the day of its completion to a very happy family.
